Building a Sustainability Culture

Our colleagues play a critical role in helping us to achieve our sustainability ambitions, so we devote significant efforts to raise their awareness and expand their knowledge on sustainability. By making sustainability relevant to their everyday work and embedding it into existing operations, everyone can contribute via their daily job duties and create value for the business and the communities.
