Sustainability in capital allocation

Our commitment to sustainable business planning is reflected in our approach to allocate resources to support initiatives which contribute to both positive financial performance and environment outcomes, as well as how we take advantage of sustainable opportunities in the future.

We have developed a framework to provide a consistent set of tools and baseline expectation to manage sustainability-related risks and opportunities throughout the investment, portfolio management and value creation processes.

This systematic approach which integrates sustainability into capital allocation decision will improve our strategic planning towards a low-carbon future.

Stakeholder engagement

For sustainable value creation, we engage our stakeholders to understand their views and expectations of our sustainability priorities, performance and the material topics to address.

In 2024, we conducted a double materiality assessment to further guide us as we step up our efforts to integrate sustainability considerations into our business planning and across the operations of our portfolio companies.
