Climate action, and decarbonisation in particular, remains our top priority. We want our portfolio companies to adopt forward-thinking mindsets to achieve sustainable value creation, leveraging opportunities to grow their businesses in a sustainable manner, driving innovation and efficiencies.

Working with our portfolio companies, we have developed a framework for embedding sustainability considerations into business strategy, capital allocation, financial planning and forecasting processes. The new framework will enable the Group and our portfolio companies to effectively assess sustainability and climate-related risks and opportunities.

Our sustainability strategy

Sustainability, as a key pillar in our business strategy, enables us to safeguard value as we work to mitigate risks, build resilience and minimise disruptions. Our sustainability strategy – “Building Towards 2030” guides our response to evolving megatrends and informs a holistic approach to our capital allocation decisions, business strategy and operations. It covers three strategic pillars:
